Class Tuition Information
  • For each student there is a $20 Registration Fee
  • In addition - for every class a student is enrolled a $50 non-refundable deposit must be paid in order to
  secure a spot.
  • Dance Class tuition is $250 per class Jr. Musical is $260 & Drama Plays is $200

Multi-Class Discount
Families registering for multiple classes (many classes for one student, or many students in one or more classes) are
eligible for a $20 per class, discount after the first full price selection is paid.
We will adjust all accounts entitled to the discounts as timely payments are made.    
Delinquent accounts are NOT entitled to a discount.


              AVOID LATE FEES: Make sure your credit card on file is current or updated.


Payment Due Dates:
At Time of Enrollment:
Registration Fees ($20 per Student) and $50 non-refundable deposit per Class

August 1 - 1st Installment Due
If you are paying for:
1 Class - entire balance is due at this time.
2 Classes -  1/2 of balance is due at this time
3 or More Classes  - 1/3 of balance is due at this time
Please process credit card payment otherwise card on file will be charged.
(You may deduct the anticipated discount from your payment amount.)

September 1 - 2nd Installment Due
If you are paying for:
1 Class - Balance should be paid in full. If not Late Fee may be charged.
2 Classes -
 Remaining balance is due at this time.
3 or More Classes  - next 1/3 of balance is due at this tim
e

October 1 - 3rd and Final Installment Due
If you are paying for:
1 Class - You should already be paid in full.
2 Classes - You should already be paid in full, if not Late Fee may be charged.
3 or More Classes  -
 Final 1/3 of balance is due at this time. Please process credit card payment otherwise
card on file will be charged.
(You may deduct the anticipated discount from your payment amount.)

Late payment fee $25, Bounced Check Fee $25

Refunds:
October 25th  is the last day to Add, Withdraw or Transfer classes.
Refund requests made on or before this date will be processed to the credit card on file minus the $50
non-refundable deposit per class.
Registration fees are not refundable.
No refunds will be processed after October 25th.
Costumes and Recital Ticket purchase codes will not be given to families with unpaid balance.

Families with Student Teachers - we will post a credit to your account prior to October 25th.  

Your credit card information will immediately be truncated and masked for security.   
We DO NOT see your credit card number.  It is processed using SafeSave Payments through JackRabbit
Dance.
